Deliverables: Capacity building for Earthworm Foundation team conducted in 2 webinar sessions. The first session is on climate change and carbon management. Here we share knowledge on commitment and policies that Indonesia have to reach reduction in carbon emission. We also share the guidance and principles of carbon calculation especially for AFOLU (Agriculture, Forestry, and Other Land Use) sector. In the second session we share about the principles and experience in doing project management for development projects and how to have effective communications within the internal team and with external stakeholders.
