Our Team

Vidia Paramita

Co-founder and CEO

Vidia has been working in the sustainability field for the past 12 years both in private sectors and non-profit organizations. She obtained her Master’s degree in Environmental Processes from Cornell University where she conducted research on bio-based renewable energy. Her main expertise is sustainability project management, corporate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strengthening, building strategy and leading community development and nature-based solutions projects

Wahyu Wigati Wijayanti

Co-founder and Chief Strategic Officer

Wahyu has a background in forestry and has been working in various roles as sustainability auditor, sustainability certification consultant, and sustainable agriculture expert. Her rich experience in consultancy and in private companies has brought her to many parts of Indonesia, allowing for deeper contextual understanding in project implementation. Her main expertise include sustainable supply chain, traceability, and smallholder farmers training and certification.

Dr. Nur Hasanah Gauch

Responsible Sourcing and EU Market Lead

Nur obtained her doctorate degree from ETH Zurich in Environmental Systems Science and completed her thesis on oil palm development perception and land use decisions of local communities. She combines her background as a biologist and ecologist with her business acument to assist organizations such as UNESCO and the Economic Affairs Division of Indonesia Embassy in Bern to make data driven decisions on trade, market development, and their connection with sustainable agriculture. Her expertise include product import - export strategy, policy recommendation on sustainable commodities, and environmental science communication

Yudi Saputra

ESG and Corporate Sustainability Associate

Yudi Saputra graduated from Universitas Indonesia with a major in Industrial Engineering. He has diverse consulting experience specializing in sustainability sector, focusing on ESG strategy, decarbonisation, ESG rating & framework, and corporate strategy. He has experiences supporting global and national companies as well as government bodies from various industries, including industrial conglomerates, oil and gas, shipping, telecommunication, and public sectors.

Ayu Pratiwi Lubis

Sustainable Agriculture Program Manager

Ayu Lubis obtained her bachelor’s degree from Universitas Indonesia majoring in Environmental Health and her master's degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung in Business Administration. She has experience working in private companies in sustainable agriculture sector and regional-owned enterprises in the transportation sector. This diverse background has equipped her with skills in project maangement, sustainability, research and data analysis, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.

Nadira Nurfitrisari

ESG and Corporate Sustainability Associate

Nadira Nurfitrisari is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Climate Change, Management, and Finance at Imperial College London. Prior to this, she built extensive experience in the Southeast Asia tech industry, specialising in designing and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Driven by a passion for integrating sustainability into business practices, she brings a distinctive analytical perspective to solving complex challenges, consistently delivering impactful solutions that balance commercial success with environmental responsibility.

Kezia Valentina Yusuf

ESG and Corporate Sustainability Associate

Kezia Valentina Yusuf graduated from Swiss German University majoring in Sustainable Energy & Environment, with a double degree at Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule Jena in Environmental Engineering & Development, where she did her research on the storage condition of bio-based fuel. With her background and passion for Sustainability, ESG, Environment, and Energy, she is keen on catalyzing sustainable practices and fostering environmental responsibility within business activities.

Ryan Noor Fadhilla

Communication Specialist

Ryan has a background in mass communications and digital media production, graduating from Taylor's University, Malaysia. He combines his passion in story telling and in awareness raising to develop communication products on issues close to his heart. He has worked on awareness building around animal rights and adoption, mental health, and access to health for women in indigenous communities. Ryan develops the communication materials needed for the projects that Nectary is doing.
