In early 2023, we started planning and brainstorming on who we wanted to be, what kind of clients we want to serve, what types of projects will excite us. As a consultancy company, we want to help our clients generate higher positive impact to their stakeholders, we want to work on projects that matter to people, and we want to work with clients who care for our environment.

Yes, we did what a new company needed to do, market ourselves, established our website, took care of our finances, set our consultancy offerings, but most importantly, we started producing quality work.

We worked with our client in setting up a rubber traceability system in the Lampung province. This year, we just finished mapping out 4,500 rubber smallholder farmers and hoping to continue the partnership to multiply that by 5 times next year. This will help the client source natural rubber in a responsible way, elevate farmers’ livelihood, and process and supply deforestation-free rubber from the region.

We supported a capacity building program for start-up companies looking to increase their understanding on sustainability and wanting to publish their impact reports. We will do that again for a different set of companies early next year.

We partner with Climate Fresk to give back and deliver multiple sessions of climate change education to the general public, because we believe that climate change is a defining issue for the next years to come and high awareness on the topic is needed in many sectors to make a change. We will also continue this work in 2024.

We are grateful for the first few clients that have trusted us and partnered with us to do good important work. These early relationships are very precious, and we don’t take for granted the trust that has been given to us.

With that, we are very excited to enter 2024. Our team will be strengthened, we have a few projects lined up (more will be announced) and we are preparing a couple of free self-assessment tools for sustainability readiness for you to try soon!!
